County governments already struggle with health care costs for their                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
employees. This bill would demand that county governments include                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
part time firefighters into their insurance pool. The risk level of firefighters                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
would cause a sky rocket in premium costs for county employees and                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
ultimately a new demand on the taxpayer for matching some of the

Health insurance pools for any government entity should include                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
only the employees in that entity.
