The unintended consequences of this bill, if passed in original form, will be that                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
every person injured on the highways that possibly could be charged w/reckless,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
or endangerment or DUI or some other crime (at some time), and is first treated by the                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
hospital will get free taxpayer medical care - REGARDLESS if that person is actually                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
EVER charged w/any crime?!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
The passage of this bill is going to cause all sorts of litigation between law                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
enforcement agencies, different counties and the hospitals.  Meanwhile the                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
criminal gets a 100% free health insurance courtesy of county taxpayers. (This                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
kinda sounds like universal health care for lawbreakers)
