This bill is totally BIG BROTHER. There are already tax requirements for                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
charities to deal with. And now this bill would require a new examination of                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
organizations. This is unneeded and a duplication of existing rules and laws.
