Since 1993 bills have been introduced to alter the social climate in Montana. This                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
bill will expand the hate crime ('thought') laws to include homosexualilty. The 2009                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
session will have many bills like this since the Democrats have made it very clear                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
in their platform that promoting the homosexual agenda is a very important                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
social issue.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Montana citizens are interested in laws that are designed to protect our                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
society, not legislation that is part of an organized and well funded agenda to                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
promote a social agenda.
