This bill has good intent, but ultimately will simply increase government spending                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
rather than save money in travel. First off, it requires a 'Travel Reduction Coordinator'.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
And looking at the bill, there is a ton of things that will be demanded to satisfy                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
the new law.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
The best thing would be to simply post notices around the state offices that                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
say: "Please car pool" (And it would not be hard to post the parking lots with                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
reserved spots for those who do car pool).
